The Baltimore Peninsula Partnership is the newly formed business improvement district dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and economic vitality within the community. Our mission is to provide supplemental city services that go beyond the standard offerings.

We oversee a range of services including cleaning and green initiatives, infrastructure and maintenance, marketing and promotion, event planning and maintenance, and business support and development.

Do I have to pay for parking in Baltimore Peninsula?

All street parking in the area will soon be enforced by Baltimore City DOT. You will have to pay for parking at the meters. Please follow signage closely to avoid any fines.

When are the parks open?

Elijah Cummings Park and Rye Street Park will soon be official city parks. They will be open to the public from dusk to dawn, 7 days a week.

Can I host an event in one of the parks?

I want to use a right of way area. Do I need a permit?

If you need to use the Right of Way in the area, you must get a Temporary Use of Right of Way permit. I want to place private items in a right of way area. Do I need a permit?

If you want to place private items in the public right of way, you must apply for a minor privilege permit. This includes but is not limited to steps, signs, awnings, drain pipes, and other projections or structural ornaments of any character not prohibited by law.
